Spend New Year at the Superb Lake District Hotel once owned by Beatrix Potter. Its hillside setting commands spectacular views of Lake Windermere and is renowned for its superb cuisine in the award-winning Dining Room Restaurant. Enjoy 3 days of relaxation and indulgence to make your New Year truly memorable. Settle in and enjoy afternoon tea until 5pm. Work up an appetite in the fitness room and leisure facilities before indulging in a 5-course candlelit dinner at 7pm. Start New Years Eve with a hearty breakfast served until 10am. Mountain Goat mini coaches are set to welcome you on board for a gentle mystery tore or a transfer to Windermere or some last minute shopping. Coaches leave at 10.30am. Or simply take the day to unwind and enjoy the cosy lounges with afternoon tea. Canapés will be served from 7pm. Spend Christmas at the Superb Lake District Hotel once owned by Beatrix Potter. Its hillside setting commands spectacular views of Lake Windermere and is renowned for its superb cuisine in the award-winning Dining Room Restaurant.

Arrive 23rd December to afternoon tea where after you have plenty of time to settle in. If you wish, why not work up an appetite in the fitness room and leisure facilities. Meet the fellow hotel guests for a pre-dinner cocktail and canapés before enjoying a sumptuous 5-course dinner at 7pm accompanied by a pianist.

On Christmas Eve enjoy a hearty breakfast served until 10am. You have the day to spend as you please from Mountain Goat mini coaches to a trip to Windermere for some shopping. Afternoon tea is served back at the hotel from 3pm. Enjoy a 5-course dinner at 7pm accompanied by carol singers. Transport to midnight Church services are available from 11pm and return to hot chocolate, mulled wine and mince pies.

On Christmas Day there will be a special surprise waiting to greet. Enjoy a brunch style breakfast served until 11am along with a glass of Bucks Fizz. Relax in the hotel lounge at 3pm before a traditional Christmas lunch is served at 4pm. Tea, coffee, drinks and snacks will then be available for the rest of the evening.

Enjoy a traditional breakfast served until 10am on Boxing Day. No trip to Windermere is complete without a cruise on the lake. Buses leave at 11.30am.
